We're seeking someone who enjoys research and is equally excited about speaking with candidates in order to explore their work experience, career goals and what drives them. As an Associate Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying passive candidates through online networking and complex Internet searches. Some experience working in recruiting, sourcing and/or research is helpful. However, training is provided.
The Associate Talent Sourcer will join our close-knit recruiting team in a predominantly virtual business environment that encourages collaboration, support, growth and recognition.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various mediums
Contacting prospective candidates via phone, texting, email, and other forums
Researching candidates thoroughly using a variety of resources (Internet searching techniques including, x-raying, flipping, peeling back, harvesting/mining and Boolean search), companies and industries identifying trends, news, and information that will be effective in driving results
Conducting initial screening calls with candidates and providing candidate assessment and summary to team members
Collaborating with internal team to ensure search strategy and overall candidate sourcing is aligned with the position requirements
Documenting all critical information in our database in a way that can be understood and reported on
Demonstrating excellent judgment
Learning and sharing best practices in order to support the organization in continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
2+ years of office support experience
Internet research
Ability and commitment to consistently meet predetermined metrics and productivity goals
Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, business partners, candidates and clients
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, both independently and collaboratively
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Workspace and other online applications
Remote work setting (a dedicated workspace, computer, internet access, video conference capability)
Previous technical sourcing experience is a plus
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is a plus
